We’ve take honey to the next level with Fermented Garlic Honey. This is a slow process; we take our wildflower honey, peel 5 lbs of garlic from our friends at High Slope Acres and mixed them together. The magic of bubbling and slowly breaking down the garlic creates an active ferment that took a month and half. Once it was finished actively bubbling we put the honey and garlic into jars.
Many ask, how do you use this? Many ways in culinary arts like Honey Garlic wings, drizzle the honey to finish a tenderloin, add to salad dressings, any roasted meat is divine, try over roasting vegetables (Brussels sprouts are to die for). Medicinally, the fermented garlic is easier for our bodies to digest plus the active enzymes help our gut flora. Garlic is a magic cure for colds and flu and even though it seems crazy, it’s like candy to chew on!
Available in 500ml only and in very limited quantities.
